Registering for Your Supplier Account
If your organization is new to Transcepta, you'll receive an email prompting you to register as a supplier. This email contains a registration link that will guide you through the process of providing your company's information and creating a user login for the Transcepta Supplier Portal.

Adding a Customer to an Existing Account
If you already have a Transcepta account and need to add a new customer, you can do so by submitting a support case through the Transcepta Help Center. In the support form, ensure you specify the customer you wish to add in the “Who do you need to submit documents to?” field.
